Pablo Aguirre was born in Valencia, Spain, on 29 June 1966. In 1995, he was admitted to the Bar Association to practice law.

From 1992 to 1999, he joined the law firm Gómez Abogados in Valencia as an associate of Boris Mulder.

From 1999 to 2007, before joining De Haan & Mulder, he had an independent legal practice in Valencia focussing on litigation both civil and commercial as well as company counselling in general.
